Use of Daily Push

Daily Push provides quotes, reflections, reminders, themes, and related guidance features. You are responsible for how you use the app and for any decisions you make based on its content.

Not Professional Advice

Daily Push is for general motivation, reflection, and personal productivity. It is not medical, mental health, financial, legal, or other professional advice. If you need professional support, consult a qualified professional.

Subscriptions and Purchases

Some features may require a paid subscription or in-app purchase. Purchases are processed by Apple through your Apple ID. Subscription availability, pricing, renewal, cancellation, and refund handling are governed by Apple App Store terms and the purchase flow shown at the time of purchase.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Daily Push for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
• Reverse engineer, copy, resell, or redistribute the app or its content except where allowed by law.
• Interfere with the app, website, subscriptions, content delivery, or related services.
• Attempt to bypass paid features, entitlement checks, or access controls.

Content and Intellectual Property

Daily Push, including its design, app experience, quote collections, interpretations, themes, and related content, is owned by the developer or licensed for use in the app. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Notifications and Health Data

Notification and Photo features are optional and depend on permissions you grant through iOS. You can change these permissions at any time in iOS Settings or the Health app.

Availability and Changes

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of Daily Push at any time. We may also update these terms as the app changes. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Disclaimer

Daily Push is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of Daily Push.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Daily Push if you violate these terms or use the app in a way that creates legal, security, or operational risk.
